How to create List Views for Recruitment in Salesforce – Applicant Opportunity

Wondering how to find the latest applications from Panthersoft? Follow the steps below to create a personal list view. In this tutorial, we will be searching for students who applied to Professional MBA:Professional MBA UC for Fall Term 2022 on their Panthersoft application.  

  1. Ensure you are in the Chapman Graduate School lightning app. 
  1. Click on the Opportunities Tab 
  1. Click on the Gear icon next to the ‘Search this list…’ text box 
  1. On the List View Controls drop down, click New
  1. Give your List View a name (List API Name should automatically populate). 
  1. Click on the Gear icon again and click Select Fields to Display on the dropdown. You can select any fields you want to show by clicking on the field in the left column and moving it over to the right column. (We recommend at the very least that you have Opportunity Name, Stage, Academic Interest, Term, Created Date, and Last Modified Date in your Visible Fields column) 
  1. Click on the Filter Icon. Click on the Filter by Owner criteria and switch it from My Opportunities to All Opportunities
  1. Click Add Filter. Create the filter Academic Interest equals Professional MBA:Professional MBA UC 
  1. Click Add Filter. Create the filter Term equals Fall Term 2022
  1. Click Add Filter. Create the filter Opportunity Record Type equals Applicant Opportunity
  1. Click Save and your records will appear on screen.
